Provider Terms

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must be lawfully able to provide the services you list in Zimbabwe.
• Where required, you must hold any permits, licences, or registrations for your trade.

You must provide accurate business, profile, and listing details, including your name or trading name, service area, contact details, and the scope of the services you offer.

Choose the correct service categories. Do not list services outside the scope you can lawfully and competently provide. Do not use listings for content unrelated to a genuine service offering.

• You must own or have permission to use every image you upload.
• Work photos must show your genuine work or work you were lawfully involved in.
• You must not upload images that infringe intellectual property, privacy, or dignity rights.

• Do not misrepresent qualifications, certifications, or experience.
• Do not claim government or professional endorsements you do not hold.
• Do not use fake testimonials, reviews, or before-and-after images.

You remain solely responsible for:

• Tax compliance, permits, licences, and any required insurance.
• Workmanship, safety, materials, and delivery timelines.
• Quotations, contracts, and payment terms agreed with customers.
• Handling customer complaints and refunds for the services you provide.

Provider plan subscriptions are paid to SkillsNest via Paynow for access to platform features (for example listings, additional work photos, or featured placement where offered). Plan terms, pricing, and features are described on the plans page and in the Payment Terms.

Where offered, featured placement is a limited boost within our ranking system. It never overrides moderation approval, onboarding completeness, public visibility rules, or trust signals such as reviews. Featured placement does not guarantee enquiries, bookings, or income.

We may review, moderate, request changes to, or remove provider profiles, listings, photos, or reviews that breach these terms, the Acceptable Use policy, or applicable law. We may suspend or terminate accounts where necessary.

You may cancel or downgrade your plan at any time. Plan benefits end at the close of the paid period. Non-renewal moves your plan through the states set out in the Payment Terms.

SkillsNest does not guarantee any specific number of enquiries, bookings, revenue, or business outcomes. Marketplace demand varies.
